Where is qtdemo?

Hi, everyone,

I want to check out qtdemo, but I can't find it, although I have installed qt 4.4.3-2. Where is it?

Thanks

Re: Where is qtdemo?

qtdemo is part of documentation and thus stripped.

Re: Where is qtdemo?

if you really need it, try adding !strip to the options in the pkgbuild

Re: Where is qtdemo?

No because the precompiled package, which is installed by pacman, doesn't contain that. You have to build it by yourself. qt is pretty big and it will take a while (of course depending on your machine) but if you really want qtdemo, this shouldn't be a reason wink By the way, as you already compile it by yourself, why not try out the qt-snapshot from AUR? wink
