Choppy video performance with Intel X4500HD

Hey I am getting choppy video play back with my Intel X4500HD. I can watch small youtube videos fine, but if I fullscreen a movies I get pretty bad preformace. The X4500HD is supposed to be able to play HD Movies so I know my system is quite capable.

The drivers I am using,
extra/intel-dri 7.2-2
extra/xf86-video-intel 2.4.3-1

The only thing that I can think of is that my video chipset is kind of new, and that it has poor support with my current video drivers.
