You can solve similar problems more easily in the future:

$ pacman -Qo /my/missing/file
# pacman -S package-from-above

or

# pacman -Qo /my/missing/file | cut -d ' ' -f 5 | xargs pacman -S

Or if you don't want to (re-)install the package (say you've modified many other files in it), just us pacman -Sw to download the package file, then extract it and take the file you want. Faster than waiting for someone to post their script for you. :-)

you can find all files in yor pacman cache, for which you should NEVER exec -Scc if you can afford it but rather -Sc
