This module goes with kernel26: /lib/modules/2.6.28-ARCH/kernel/drivers/media/video/zr364xx.ko
So, no additional packages are needed (however, I don't know if it will work with your camera).

What's the problem? The wiki states clearly the module your camera requires, and it's right in kernel26.

Windows was made for looking at success from a distance through a wall of oversimplicity. Linux removes the wall, so you can just walk up to success and make it your own.

Reinventing the wheel is fun. You get to redefine pi.

I'm having the same problem.
Additional information:
Camera: Aiptek PocketDV 3300
$ dmesg|tail
usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3
usb 2-1: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
zr364xx 2-1:1.0: Zoran 364xx compatible webcam plugged
zr364xx 2-1:1.0: model 08ca:0109 detected
usb 2-1: 320x240 mode selected
usb 2-1: Zoran 364xx controlling video device 0
$ lsusb
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 08ca:0109 Aiptek International, Inc.
Neither Cheese nor Flash Player recognize this cam.
Any ideas?

Still no solution. dmesg and lsusb both recognize the cam, no erros occur. "cat /dev/video0" produces a lot of junk and is only present when the cam is connected, which I think is the expected behavior. My user is in the video group.
But no software can actually show me an image. Tried VLC, Cheese and Flash Player.
EDIT:
VLC gave me a bit of additional information:
[00000415] v4l2 demux error: device does not support streaming i/o
