Re: How to get blueman working? SOLVED!

roll

I put the dongle discoverable all the time with "adapter" settings.
Dbus message is some like  "ADAPTER NOT READY" .

Restarting bluetooth and rebooting the PC does not solve.

I just think it depends on bluez it self and a prob with dongle configuration or management?

Later i will do debugging about it... no bluetooth at work;)

Re: How to get blueman working? SOLVED!

Check if pure bluez is working. That will tell us if problem is caused by bluez or by blueman smile

Re: How to get blueman working? SOLVED!

I was on a gnome3 installation , was not able to send files from the phone to laptop.

I just turned on the notifications and voila! it worked.

Seems like the phone was trying to send the file but the user was not able to accept the incoming transfer on the laptop as there were no notifications.
