taglib-extras update broke Amarok

Hi everyone,
other upgrading taglib-extras today Amarok won't start anymore.

amarok: error while loading shared libraries: libtag-extras.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

anyone else having issuse with amarok after upgrade?

no I am not using testing, but it seems bug is already reported.

So new package will be up soon i hope cool

Same problem here. I even tried to  be clever and make a symbolic link to the new file with the name of the old file. Amarok did not care for that at all.

For the record, amarok-git will indeed work.  However, it also is telling me that some of my techno has been written by Mozart, so I think my database has been corrupted.

You can revert to the old version of taglib with:
$ sudo pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/taglib-extras-0.1.7-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz

Obviously you can do the above only if you haven't cleaned your pacman cache recently.
