Hello there. Since this is rather long time since this thread http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=51055 ([solved]Flash only works as root?) I made a new thread. I've installed firefox with pacman -S firefox. So did I installed flashplugin. The problem is that when I go to youtube.com or any other site that has flash clipcs and when I click play, firefox will just crash without warning. Here is the firefox output:
$ firefox
(firefox:27165): Gtk-WARNING **: Ni mogoče najti pogona tem v poti module_path: "thinice",
(firefox:27165): Gtk-WARNING **: Ni mogoče najti pogona tem v poti module_path: "mist",
Illegal instruction
I have x86_64 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3000+, geforce FX5500, and 1,5GB of DDR ram....

The usual course of action is to post:
ls -al /usr/lib/mozilla/

did you run firefox as root with sudo firefox? maybe that's the problem and some directory/files from your home have wrong permissions. is just a guess since here is working fine.
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

$ ls -la /usr/lib/mozilla
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 feb 7 12:17 .
drwxr-xr-x 75 root root 69632 feb 7 14:58 ..
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 feb 7 12:17 extensions
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 feb 7 12:12 plugins
I never run firefox as sudo. I run it as root to see if it works under root.

The permissions look fine. What about:
ls -al /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins

$ ls -al /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
skupno 9356
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 feb 7 12:12 .
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 4096 feb 7 12:17 ..
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 9570952 dec 10 00:43 libflashplayer.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 35 jan 26 22:05 libnpjp2.so -> /opt/java/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so

I'm not seeing anything wrong there either.

Looks like this bug: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=67005

tavianaotr, on this link you posted users doesn't have problems like I have. They can watch some flash clips and some not. I can't watch any link if I'm not root :S

Well it could be unrelated, but seeing SIGILL (illegal instruction) is pretty uncommon so I figured it could be the same bug. Not sure how being root would fix it though.
Another thing to try is to back up your firefox profile (mv ~/.mozilla ~/mozilla.backup) and see if it works with a fresh profile. Or at least post the contents of ~/.mozilla/plugins.

jej, after moving ~/.mozilla flash is working under ff That's awesome.
tavianator, do you know how can I move chromium profile? Chromium still has problems it reporst: This extension has crashed: /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
EDIT: nah, after opening and closing firefox for a few times, now I'm also not able to watch youtube.com with it :S
EDIT1: Also I don't have ~/.mozilla/plugins only ~/.mozilla/extensions which has drwxr-xr-x 2 vida users 4096 feb 7 23:54 {ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384}
