The lower part of the flag is wrong. When I open "configure", all the icons are OK there.
Strange issue. Does anybody else have it?

I've created a special new user to test it. It is still broken even on absolutely clean home dir (no configuration).
WTF?

I even tried to install KDEMod, but the issue is still there.
Also I've tried to reinstall the specific packages (kdebase-runtime contains country flags icons, and kdebase-workspace contains the kxkb) with -Rd and then -S, but it doesn't help as well.
Please help! That is really annoying

I'm experiencing the same thing. Lower half of the flag is transparent.
