[SOLVED] What makes a package unreproducible?

According to https://reproducible.archlinux.org/,
about 10% of packages are not reproducible.

According to https://reproducible-builds.org/docs/definition/,
"A build is reproducible if given the same source code, build environment and build instructions, any party can recreate bit-by-bit identical copies of all specified artifacts."

What's the reason?

There's a lot of reasons. Build time hardware detection, build or modified dates built in, randomization built in, even locale issues, etc.
