Medion E2221T Pipewire issues

Hello,

I got my hands on a Medion E2221T and managed to install arch on it. However, there are a few problems I'm having with this machine. The most annoying one at the moment is that sound only works when the system is "idle". In particular, I can play a song with mpv just fine unless I open pavucontrol. Then the sound gets jittery/laggy. This also happened once when I tried opening a zoom conference in firefox.
The logs output this when this happens:

The line of pipewire-pulse happens only when pavucontrol is open long enough.
It also happens when nothing is played and only pavucontrol is open.

I get that this is a potato. But I think it should be able to run basic sound applications.
I hope someone can help me and please let me know what else I can provide to help solve this. The log messages are too cryptic for me and googling for those didn't help me. I have no idea where to start.

P.S. Should I also describe my other problems with this machine here or rather open a new thread for those?
Also if I break any rules/etiquette please let me know. I'm new here and eager to learn.
