[SOLVED] Pipewire cannot find PCI headphone jack

I cannot figure out how to get pipewire to find my laptop headphone jack as a hardware output. First I listed the alsa cards with

pactl list cards

Output

The I tried to find the PCI audio devices, my assumption is that the headphone jack is linked to the Intel device shown in the output but I just can't figure out how to make it work.

lspci | grep Audio

Output

00:1f.3 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Raptor Lake High Definition Audio Controller (rev 11)
01:00.1 Audio device: NVIDIA Corporation Device 22bc (rev a1)

Re: [SOLVED] Pipewire cannot find PCI headphone jack

Please wrap outputs in code and not quote tags and adjust your post.

Does ALSA detect it? You'll generally need to install sof-firmware for this kind of card to be supported, post

aplay -lL
sudo dmesg | grep -E 'snd|sof'

in doubt.

Re: [SOLVED] Pipewire cannot find PCI headphone jack

I was in fact missing sof-firmware, thank you!
