I'm having trouble getting compiz-fusion to work properly in KDE (specifically, kdemod), so I want to uninstall it for now. However,
pacman -Rs compiz-fusion
or anything else I use to try and remove compiz (i.e, removing each compiz-related package one at a time) results in this error:
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: compiz-bcop: requires compiz-core>=0.7.4
:: compizconfig-python: requires compiz-core>=0.7.4
:: libcompizconfig: requires compiz-core>=0.7.4
I have 'compiz-core' installed, and I was able to remove compiz-fusion-kde before in the same way with no problems.
Any suggestions?
(p.s: sorry if this is the wrong category to post this in)

try to remove compiz-core as well: (if you like to remove the whole compiz)
pacman -Rs compiz-core compiz-fusion
(I did not try it because I don't want to remove compiz)

The best way is pacman -Rcs compiz-fusion

Thanks Rokixz, that worked. I didn't notice the 'cascade' option, I was looking for something like that.
chris89, I tried that, but it still gave me the error. Doesn't matter anymore, though, solved.
Thanks again to both of you for your help.
