While the new version of Apache sets document root at /srv/http. I am aware of at least one package (phpmyadmin) that install in /srv/www. Is there something wrong ?

arch-independent packages like phpmyadmin should install to /usr/share. Maybe you should file a bug report about this issue. (imho /srv/http or anything else in /srv shouldn't be "filled" by any package.)

Very stupid question, but I am there steering at the Bugs page, and there seems to be nothing leading to a bug submit link of any sort. Doing a search on the wiki for bug reveals absolutely nothing. So how do we do it ? Can you direct me ?

Register for a bug-tracker account if you do not already have one, log in, then you should see a "Add new task" link.

That is weird. I am sure there were only Overview, Tasklist, Event log, & Roadmap while logged in yesterday. Anyway, I see the add new task now.
--Edit I see, I have to select something other that All Projects in order to see the Add new task link...

According to this, where do you think Apache should be installed ?

I submitted a bug report http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/10920
Don't know how it will be solved though... The problem is not Apache per se, but the Document Root.
