Re: July 2010 Screenshots

Nice shot teh...

Hope the picture size is fine for small screens :

Your image is too large. skottish

Added xcompmgr and is nicer than before, changed of wallpaper and continue to add functionalities in the config file.

Ah and it's subtle wm before somebody asks.

that's an awesome css, thanks for sharing!  it's become my new "general use" userstyle smile  i love the zenburn colorscheme, currently using it in kde, kwrite, konsole, vi, and now firefox.

I'd love it if it was compilant with some logos and pages...

Screen (sgi-fonts) with a minimal mod in the "i" character (thanks to Daisuke_Aramaki).

Sure.
It's just useless gap patch: http://dwm.suckless.org/patches/uselessgap
Certainly useless, but gives a "break" to the tiling mode tongue

And then it happened... a door opened to a world... rushing through the phone line like heroin through an addict's veins, an electronic pulse is sent out, a refuge from the day-to-day incompetencies is sought... a board is found.

Re: July 2010 Screenshots

Started making Subtle gray, with a matching terminal, and found this great Zenburn GTK theme/openbox theme at Gnome-look.org.

Subtle WM (Pseudo-Busy):  subtled.th.png

XFCE desktop: zenburnxfce.th.png

Openbox acting busy:  openboxzenburn.th.png

Awesome, with my conky(s):  awesomeclean.th.png

Awesome acting busy: awesomedirty.th.png
I think I might have too many window managers. big_smile

EDIT:  Cleaned up post with direct links to images.

Re: July 2010 Screenshots

We're 40 posts into the July screenshot thread and we're already starting to get screenshots that are too large. I'm really starting to feel like closing these threads due to lack of respect.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard-coated bastards with bastard filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Re: July 2010 Screenshots

Thanks rent0n !

cure font for conkys, and lime in terms.

For the focus, I either look at the cursor blink (if it's terms) or the position of the mouse cursor (the focus is under it).

Peace out.

Talk to the people who are ruining it by not respecting the rules. Not everyone is blessed with a broadband connection.
