QXcbEventReader segfault in dmesg after every successful login

I see this message in dmesg :
QXcbEventReader[318]: segfault at 7f0159c06ca9 ip 00007f0159c06ca9 sp 00007f015768cde0 error 14 in locale-archive[7f015a0b7000+18f000]

I issue dmesg when I arrive to the desktop(I'm using kde plasma 5) , this message sometimes doesn't appear until I wait some time like 1 minute or so but it always appear.

Xorg log is fine and doesn't have any issues(except systemd-logind which is a bug anyway).

what does this message mean ? I can perfectly use my system so can I ignore this message ?

P.S: the numbers in the message are quite different so "7f0159c06ca9"(after segfault at) can be different as well as all the other numbers(including the number after "error").

Re: QXcbEventReader segfault in dmesg after every successful login

I am having the same issue.

when I am listening to music, the song hangs for a second or two and continues - dmesg gives me that:

[16974.503133] QXcbEventReader[7057]: segfault at 2ab06320d379 ip 00002ab06320d379 sp 00002ab06e20ce20 error 14 in ld-2.23.so[2ab0632d1000+1000]
