I am trying to open files in VIM from dolphin after first following the above guide to solve an issue where the "open with" section of dolphin was blank. Vim now appears in the open with section as it should but I get the error "Terminal konsole not found while trying to run /usr/share/applications/vim.desktop." (Note that I am trying to run on the kitty terminal because I am using Hyprland not the konsole terminal which comes from KDE Plasma which I dont even have installed) The manual page below explains that Dolphin uses konsole by default and that it can be changed with the command
kcmshell6 componentchooserbut notes that some users will not have the module and I turn out to be one of those users. (I also do not see component chooser on pacman). The manual then suggests editing ~/.config/kdeglobals by adding the line
TerminalApplication=terminalnamebut kdeglobals does not exist. I also tried putting the line of code in a blank kdeglobals I created and rebooted but Dolphin simply ignored it.

Sorry about the (very) late response, but I've encountered the same issue myself today, and I was able to solve it by linking org.kde.konsole.desktop to kitty.desktop in /usr/share/applications (Change kitty for whatever .desktop do you use).
I've tried also to do it on ~/.local/share/applications in order to avoid sudo, but it didn't work. So:
sudo ln -s /usr/share/applications/kitty.desktop /usr/share/applications/org.kde.konsole.desktopOffline
