Why a dedicated entry for Arch Linux isn't there?

Because it's not a commercial linux variant and the dev only explicitly specifically has special code for those? You'll have to ask the devs of OpenLMI on what exactly this info entails and whether it'd be worth to have an explicit entry. In doubt I'd pick "Linux 64 bit" from that list
