noise go away w/ pcie_aspm=off ?
Can you disable the ethernet chip (in the firmware settigns) or does it help to blacklist r8169 ?

Yes, it did.

Can you disable the ethernet chip (in the firmware settigns) or does it help to blacklist r8169 ?

I disabled it in the firmware. The boot log is here: https://0x0.st/KMnG.txt

The speed remains unchanged.
