(SOLVED) i tried to post in the off topic section & i didn't work out

after trying multiple times now to post in the off section part of this forum (picture of my dog Rune) i was unsuccessful. i get this message on Vivaldi:

This page isn’t working
bbs.archlinux.org is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

On a related note, so you’d avoid other trouble in the future. With all the great advantages it has, this forum software has some small downsides. The lack of good support for Unicode, even for storing it, is one. Generally don’t put anything other than letters and CJK ideographs in the post or the title. The text box will of course accept it, but it’s going to be replaced with a ‘?’ after publication.
