unable to connect to aur on home network

Hey everyone,

I've been experiencing issues connecting to the AUR unrelated to the recent outages. Unless I use a VPN or a mobile hotspot, I'm completely unable to connect to the AUR. I've contacted my ISP and they confirmed the domain isn't being blocked.
I'm experiencing this issue on every device on my network, not just my arch pc.

I ran a traceroute and found that the last IP address I'm hitting is "your-cloud.host".

I suspect this is related to the DDOS mitigation tactics recently added to the AUR.
Does anyone have any ideas on ways to fix this? Or who I can contact to resolve this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: unable to connect to aur on home network

Thanks for the reply. I've sent an email to accountsupport@archlinux.org and will update this forum post if they're able to resolve the issue.
