[SOLVED] extremely long boot time

Hello, I intstalled arch on my new laptop, but the boot time is extremely long, and I don't know how to fix it. Visibly the problem comes from the userspace setup (i don't know how it's called).

Note that it may be because I followed hyprland's guide for NVidia GPU's which told me to change the modules line in 

/etc/mkinitcpio.conf

: 

 MODULES=()

became 

 MODULES=(i915 nvidia nvidia_modeset nvidia_uvm nvidia_drm ...)

. I then ran 

sudo mkinitcpio -P

then rebooted.
Now, I undid the changes by turning the modules line back to 

 MODULES=()

and rerunning 

sudo mkinitcpio -P

and rebooting.

I have no idea how to fix this. This is my second time installing arch, but it never did that the first time I installed it on my previous laptop.

There's somewhere a 90s timeout (systemd service) very early on and likely before the root switch (so initramfs)
Please post your complete system journal for the boot: 

sudo journalctl -b | curl -s -H "Accept: application/json, */*" --upload-file - 'https://paste.c-net.org/'

Also see the 3rd link below. Mandatory.
Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.
(I don't think this is the cause of the bogus disk, but you're mounting the windows partition w/ ntfs-3g which will ignore the dirty bit but therefore jeopardize the data integrity when the partition is opened in either OS simultaneously)

Thanks a lot! The issue is that I originally made a swap partition on my second internal drive, but I deleted it and forgot to update the fstab file. That's a mistake I'll try not to make again, thanks a lot for helping me fix it, it now boots super fast (also thanks for reminding me to disable fast startup)
