My CPU temp are high reaches 83 celsius without doing much. I see systemd-logind command using too much CPU. Is it normal

No?
Have you checked whether is spams any errors? (journal is pretty active, too)

Re: [SOLVED]My CPU usage is somewhat high for no reason

how to do that?? I mostly do journalctl -e

I have also done

 sudo systemctl mask suspend.target sleep.target

so my system do not go to sleep as when I close lid and remote connection is available to my laptop. When I close my lid and reopen it for some time, I see that my system isn't locked like it usually is with betterlockscreen. I don't know if it is something that is needed but I found this behaviour worth mentioning here. My temperatures spiked during these lid close times.

Re: [SOLVED]My CPU usage is somewhat high for no reason

sudo journalctl -b | grep -i login

But generally look at all of "sudo journalctl -b" - you'll notice error spam.

so my system do not go to sleep as when I close lid

Ouch…
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Power_ … CPI_events
and unmask the targets…

Re: [SOLVED]My CPU usage is somewhat high for no reason

So you fixed the lid handling and there's currently no undue cpu load (by logind) any longer?
