Flatpak: Warning: Error pulling from repo: While pulling runtime

I migrated my installation to a larger SSD and since then, I've been having trouble installing/updating some apps using KDE Discover/flatpak. Could this have anything to do with TLS/SSL certificates not being valid from the system migration?

system-level Flatpak runtimes are often where shared dependencies live...

sudo flatpak repair
flatpak repair --user

you can also use --verbose flag

If flatpak repair doesn't clear the issue, corrupt object files in the local OSTree repo might be blocking downloads? try finding those and delete zero-byte object files

find ~/.local/share/flatpak/repo/objects/ -type f -empty -delete
# find /var/lib/flatpak/repo/objects/ -type f -empty -delete

As a last resort, back up and recreate the local Flatpak repo

`flatpak repair` and deleting zero-byte objects didn't clear the issue. Re-installing my flatpak apps worked for some apps, but not all; I'm still running into this issue.
