--This is the solution that works in my chase
I have an usb headphones, and one day after an update they don't play sound. They connected correctly to my laptop, the output was the headphones, but i did'nt hear nothing.
I found a program called 'volume control', so I notice that my headphones were muted. and i change that with the graphical interface.
You can install the program by executing in a terminal
sudo pacman -S pavucontrol
Or by flatpak https://flathub.org/en/apps/org.pulseaudio.pavucontrol
flatpak install flathub org.pulseaudio.pavucontrol
