installing libpcap (1.11.0-1) breaks dependency 'libpcap=1.10.6' requi

Hello everyone, i tried to update my arch installation a week back, when i got this error message:

sudo pacman -Syu

I saw online that I had to wait a few days till another package was updated, so I did but i still get this error. What could I do to resolve this?

lib32-pcap has been removed from the official repositories does your system still require it?

why do you have the testing repos enabled?
