About the transparent windows Teho said it all. Just install oxygen-transparent from AUR.

Although I do still have fluxbox installed and can switch on the fly for the odd time a floating window manager just suits better, it is very rare I use it though

THIS WAS A THUMBNAIL!!!

So I will post again!

-- mod edit: and I'll delete again and help you out by posting what it says in the first post - which I asked you to read:

For bigger sizes (and especially for multi-monitor setups), we ask you to keep in mind not everyone uses broadband, and use an even smaller size (10% of a Full HD setup will still be 192x180, for example)

720x225 is NOT a thumbnail --

I have a silly question for dmz (or anyone who can answer it): How does one go about formatting one's directory listing in such a way?

I just love the retro style. I'd probably be annoyed by it too quickly on my own destkop but these screenshots all just look awesome. I know it's a well know wallpaper and has been requested here many times, but can you post a link to it just once again? I've been looking  for it.
Also there has been a "pixelated" version of it somewhere. Where the colors had been averaged in small quares or something. If anyone who remebers reads this, I'd love to have that too.

Edit: typo.

Re: August 2010 Screenshots

Wow, this is kickass. But, yes, it's a emerald+compiz. You can't have a good eye candy like that without Gnome or KDE stuff (many deps). Maybe on *boxes with some GTK themes, dunno.

Cheers!
