Best I can say is 'see for yourself'. I haven't examined how it works better, but I know that for the same torrent on the same connection it can be much faster.....

I just let rtorrent do it's thing on my homeserver. All I do is drop torrent files in one folder, and take the results when it's finished. But more choice is good.
