Started off with LastPass, then onto 1Password, and now I've been on BitWarden for the past few years and love it.

I have memorized two master passwords and the rest (around 380) are stored in a SQLite database on my computer that I use a Python script to interact with. I keep a separate database, this time encrypted, for storing 2FA backup codes for all the services that support 2FA.
One of the master passwords is tied to my email so in the unlikely case my computer becomes compromised I can try to reset as many of them as possible.
Whenever I sign up for a service, I prefer to generate my own password than use something like Google Sign-In but don't have a good argument for it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just store all my passwords in a kdbx folder and access them using KeepassXC, said file is protected using a password that I memorized, it's pretty comfy
