kaszak696 - no, it's kdeplasma-addons-applets-daisy.. but now i use docky-bzr.  if you want docky, use gio-sharp-commit and also add gio-sharp-git to provides array in the PKGBUILD. also, dockmanager-bzr works only with vala-devel.

window decoration: elementary - kdedecor-dekorator-kde4 (and don't forget to use custom titlebar buttons..)
icons: Leo-like-icons
widget style: bespin-svn with this config (and don't forget to go to workarounds and select normal itemviews in amarok,dolphin and all places. aa, i think you should select unite iconview,url,statusbar for dolphin also)
for globalmenu i use plasma-menu-bar
and colors

konsole doesn't use .Xdefaults.. and i use zsh.. if you want that prompt for bash, check jwr's bashrc file from here
if you want that colorscheme for konsole save this as Xdefaults.colorscheme, and put it in ~/.kde4/share/apps/konsole and then select it from konsole settings.. and the font is montecarlo
