Nice, fellow i3er! What are the icons you're having at the bar on the bottom of the screen?

Remembering how to use a sloppy little script I wrote to copy pictures from my camera to my gallery online.

Very nice! I assume you have 2 instances of conky+dzen running (one for sysmon and another for clock)?

Your workspace bar could use some custom colour to go with your nice wallpaper :-P

The Icons are all taken from here: http://dzen.geekmode.org/dwiki/doku.php … icon-packs
System monitor icons are from Thayers Icons and Clock is from Rob's Icons. They are shown using the icon capabilities of dzen2 (see below for config).

Actually its a single instance of conky + dzen.  I use dzens absolute positioning to have it like this. Here is the relevant part of the .conkyrc:

TEXT
^pa(70)^i(/home/seiichiro/.icons/cpu.xbm) ^fn(DejaVu Sans-10)${cpu}% - ${hwmon temp 1}°C ^pa(175)^i(/home/seiichiro/.icons/mem.xbm) ${mem} ^pa(260)^i(/home/seiichiro/.icons/load.xbm) ${execi 5 nvidia-settings -q GPUCoreTemp | sed -e '/.*Attribute.*/!d;s/.*: \([0-9]*\)./\1°C/'} ^pa(320)^i(/home/seiichiro/.icons/power-bat.xbm) ${battery_short BAT1} ^pa(718)^i(/home/seiichiro/.icons/clock.xbm) ^fn(DejaVu Sans-10:Bold)${time %a, %d.%m.%Y %H:%M}

then I just start conky/dzen like this:

conky | dzen2 -x 400 -ta l -y 1182 -h 18 -bg black &

btw. the font config only works this way with dzen2-xft-xpm-xinerama-svn from AUR

Unfortunately I'm not that good with doing color-schemes, so I just use the default i3 colors for now wink
