I have just upgraded to FF4, and have an irritating display problem.
When accessing the menus (e.g. bookmarks), if an information pop-up appears, (e.g. giving the full URL of a bookmark), the screen area where it has appeared goes blank until the mouse is passed over that area again.
I thought this was a minor irritation, until I discovered, while writing this post, that large areas of this input form exhibit the same problem, with the text disappearing when I use the page scroll bar until the mouse is scrolled back over the active area (even the button labels disappear). If part of the form is scrolled off screen, that area also clears until the mouse is paseed back over. It is therefore more serious.
The same applies on two machines, a Dell Dimension 3000 desktop and an EeePC 901, both of which have on-board Intel graphics,
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone?
This is now a real problem, and seems to be some kind of rendering issue, where the screen is not re-drawn until the mouse passes over it.
Any hints as to how I can start to troubleshoot would be most welcome.

Am I the only one with this problem?

paste pacman -Qm
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Just for information, this looks like some kind of kdemod3/Trinity (or kde3) induced problem. I have installed lxde on my Eeepc, and FF4 works pefectly under lxde, but still has the display problem under the kde/openbox DE option. The problem also remains on my desktop machine using kde3 and the same theme as lxde.
