@karol: i fought i speed up my system a bit by moving /tmp to tmpfs after the wiki, but i did not know that yaourt is compiling happly in /tmp

You can tell yaourt to build somewhere else, use --tmp commandline switch or edit /etc/yaourtrc, uncomment and change

#TMPDIR="/tmp"

to somewhere else.
