kaptenen wrote:Doomcide wrote:still scrotwm (does anybody know how to fix archey3?)
Just change "None" to scrotwm in /usr/bin/archey3 (or what it can be).
Thanks, that worked. But I can't get editor to work, already tried to set the enviroment-variable....
I think the configuration for archey can be set in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/archey3.cfg.

So here is my dwm changed a bit since last time ( I've finally found the wm I really like ;] )

Can you show me your dwm configs how you gave space for that bar at the bottom? is it just conky or is it dzen as well?

Under "updategeom" in dwm.c, pretty obvious once you see it. Just add -16 (or whatever you want the bar height to be) before the ; in the height value.

This?
void

Monitor *m;
XConfigureEvent *ev = &e->xconfigure;
if(ev->window == root) {
sw = ev->width;
sh = ev->height;
if(updategeom()) {
if(dc.drawable != 0)
XFreePixmap(dpy, dc.drawable);
dc.drawable = XCreatePixmap(dpy, root, sw, bh, DefaultDepth(dpy, screen));
updatebars();
for(m = mons; m; m = m->next)
XMoveResizeWindow(dpy, m->barwin, m->wx, m->by, m->ww, bh);
arrange(NULL);
}
}
