Evolution Loses Configuration After Every Desktop logoff

Anyone having this issue and have any suggestions to clear this up.

Each time I loggoff my desktop, using XFCE but happens with KDE, Gnome, evolution dumps it's configuration. So, each time I start Evolution, I am prompted to configure my email accounts.

Using Evolution 3.2.2
