Good catch, I removed the file (kids, save it somewhere, don't delete it like this) /etc/udev/rules.d/11-mnt-auto-mount.rules, it fixed the problem for me as well.
Now, what would be the best alternative to automount USB devices ? (as in "works automagically" and not as in "install tons of stuffs")

It works for me, thanks arti!
Reporting success also here for now also looking for an alternative for the automounts.
Also here too, now i can shutdown, restart and also boot faster as before with the new kernel thanks arti74.
I removed only the rules file and it works!, thanks a lot.
kernel: 3.4.3-1

So my suggestion worked here. I'm glad I could help not only for myself Maybe it's time to mark the topic as solved?
Now with regard to automount USB devices:
Good. udev was not the best way to auto-mount anyway. Use udisks and a helper like devmon/udiskie/udisksvm for your auto-mounting needs
And this is the proper way. Thanks Inxsible.
What works in my LXDE is udisk with newest devmon (included in package udevil-git). Sometimes only I need to put my user password while unmounting. I thing the solution may be somewhere in /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.udisks2.policy file..(?) User is already in storage and wheel groups.

I'm not solved the problem moreover I haven't the "/etc/udev/rules.d/11-mnt-auto-mount.rules" file...

You might have that file in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d.

Still I haven't this file, but finally I solved. Months ago I removed my floppy reader from my pc, but carelessly I kept the relative item in my BIOS. Removing this now I can shutdown and reboot again. I thinks this error also was due to udev...
