@Scimmia
One more question since you know E good. If you plug in a Flash drive and Drag n Drop a file on it what happens?? In my case the file icon just sits on top of it. I thought they fixed this.

Simple answer, I don't know what happens when I try that, I'm in XFCE right now:D. I run the dev versions of Enlightenment and the EFL, and something in a recent merge of it's dbus lib has completely broken the system, it segv's loading e17 right now.
I never tried what you're doing, I don't use drag and drop much. Really, I don't use the graphical FM as much as I use the CLI. I do know that they were working on drag and drop right up until the release, it's very possible something was missed.

OK thanks. I read in the release manager blog that they fixed it but it doesn't seem to work.

Bump because i have more questions. The mixer thing is annoying.
Is there a way to see if the module is actually using pulse audio?? Also if i erase the mixer .cfg files in ~/.e/e/config/standard what will happen?

The mixer thing solved itself after some shelf mixer remove/module loading unloading etc.
Weird.

How can I delete this?
I wanted to share some thoughts, but it ended up being a completely large and off topic post, sorry.
I have started a new thread:

I have a similar issue with the default e17 mouse theme disappearing under some circumstances, there is an option under Input --> Mouse to select the X or Enlightenment theme. I had to choose X which brings forth the ugly and old X "left_ptr" cursor, but works as expected.
