Try removing all `*.pyc` files under `/usr/lib/cinnamon-settings` and its sub-folders.

This should resolve your issue.

Removing all `*.pyc` files under `/usr/lib/cinnamon-settings` and its sub-folders doesn't work, the problem persist.

$ cinnamon-settings
/usr/lib/cinnamon-settings/modules/cs_user.py:112: Warning: g_object_unref: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

Could not find bluetooth module; is the cinnamon-control-center package installed?
