No, that will not resolve the issue. That is a ridiculously complex and poorly written script that will actually do absolutely nothing if used in the way described in your blog.
More importantly this was solved 2 and a half years ago already. So you came here only to necrobump and old thread (not allowed) for the sole purpose of self-promotion (not allowed) by sharing a crap script (not appreciated).
Don't do this again.
