Can you try installing xf86-video-intel 2.99.912-1 from [testing] and see if that solves these glitches?
The glitches are gone now I used the test version for the last couple of hours and everything seems fine. Thank you.

Per FS#40489 the problem is fixed for me.
But the source of the fix is not clear as I am still on prod repo

Another issue with chromium/ and maybe intel graphics I noticed, when going from a full screen window to a small window, the right side, where the virtual desktops would be, the browsers window ui will stay sort of stay like a ghost image, until a window is moved over it.
the resolution was use chromium>settings>check Use system title bar and borders
I don't know if this is a intel issue but it is specific to chromium
