I have recently decided to try and move over from xf86-video-ati to catalyst-total-pxp or catalyst-total on my HP Pavillion DV6-6102ax laptop yet now that catalyst is installed it is giving me greif with the video bios.
I have looked around and this directed me to change some BIOS settings, but the HP Bios for my laptop does not give me any settings of that kind I have the outputs for lspci -vv, dmesg, xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log here (https://gist.github.com/cazzar/c53946032bff4f7f9c9d) any help would be appreciated. The current state is I can only ssh in from my Desktop and the screen flashes as X tries to start up constantly.
