so what is the output from `stat /usr/bin` ? What is listed as UID and GID?

It can't hurt to fix that; do `chown root: /usr/bin /usr/share`. I wonder how that got broken; have you been executing random commands? I've never seen unknown btw; maybe the filesystem is corrupted? Is there anything about that in your dmesg?

I never execute random command. I change owner. Problem saved (like in first post in topic). What I must search in dmesg output?

Yeah, that means your hdd is broken. Make a backup while it still works

Well.., not really but I'd be very surprised if you get a new hdd, perform a new install and have the same problems. You should perform the new install because of possible corruption anyway
