should this topic not have been called Hello, World in the time honoured way?

I could change it but I think that would take something away from it wink  I'm a little gob-smacked I set this board up almost 6years ago to be honest.. how time flies.  But hey, I'm still an AL user.

I've used AL since 0.1, ported it to i586 and ia64, ran it on everything from a Soekris to a Libretto (recently an eeePC), from a Pentium 166 to a Duo, home and work desktops and servers and even my UML test pit is based around it.  I can honestly say I've never used another distro in any real capacity in all these years and have no intention of either because quite frankly, Arch Linux rocks my socks.

My humble thanks to the AL team past and present, keep it up!

It was actually hilarious to find the oldest thread on the forum and then read that. lol
The very first thread seems to have been lost to the sands of time.
