Doubt it will help, but try removing lib32-llvm-libs-svn and llvm-libs-svn .
( They are atleast several months old and from before llvm 3.9.1 so probably not very useful anyway ).
please post full dmesg output of a recent boot.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
