Wm-font is dungeon.
gtk-font is sans.

The Icons are normaly in another color. You can get an alpha-version here.

That's a rezlook theme that I modified to fit the wallpaper better, I also made a openbox theme for the rezlook theme.

could you share that theme ?

The general instructions are in the first post in this thread. You can use scrot as caust1c suggested instead of the imagemagick tools. There's plenty of apps that can take screenshots.

About the panel, he's running FVWM so I think it's a custom one...
