Actually, I like twm quite a bit.  It's the 'bash' or window managers - it's mostly guaranteed to exist, and isn't really all that bad.

I think that DWM has spoiled me because as much as I like TWM, I keep coming back to it. Plus, since DWM doesn't have any configuration files, it is one less "dot file" living in my home directory.

My terminal is eterm.  If you want it like mine, add
