Very nice output, it really does the job. Ihave a couple recomendations regarding usability:
- There should be a default (either -s or -l) so you dont always have to type your selection
- You could try using getopts for handling parameters so something like -r <repo> -s <pkg> makes sense
- Either aur should nto be default or there should be a flag to avoid aur (makes it slower and not always wanted)

If i have time i could help with this recomendation but i'd consider rewriting it in python, after all it is an object oriented scripting language and produces pretty code in less time.
