After upgrade the kernel to 5.4.1-arch1-1, I cannot move or click the pointer with touchpad. It's very strange because no error appear in xorg.0.log, in dmseg and the touchpad appears normally in xinput, with all its properties ok. Also, I tested with two different laptops, with different touchpads, and the same problems are seen.
To the touchpad work I have to unplug/plug the touchpad in the motherboard while the laptop is on and after suspend/wake up the laptop. Do someone had the same problem? How can it be fixed?

What worked for me is enabling the touchpad manually. xinput might list multiple, so enable them all.
xinput list
xinput disable *id*
xinput enable *id*

This didn't work for me. The only solution still needs unplug the touchpad from motherboard (fortunatelly the access is easy).
The problem still apears in kernel 5.4.2-arch1-1
