Nice shot rezza. I wouldn't have thought that Gant icons would go with Rezlooks, but it looks pretty nice.

LOL indeed, personally I only maybe use 4 virtual desktops at the most. I don't have much of a need for anymore than that.

Beryl, xgl(of course), and Gnome.
- ZD8000 Laptop with ATI mobility Radeon X600
- Arch Linux 0.7.2 (Gimmick), kernel 2.6.18-ARCH
- ati fglrx-8.29.6 drivers, beryl-everything (svn) 10-10-2006.
beryl was a bitch to get working(at first)... but so much more functional than compiz-original.
it's still in development, and hopefully it will get even better.

I already asked him the font question on the gentoo forums, here's the post
It's just DejaVu Sans Condensed size 8 with autohinting turned off.
and the wallpaper is Blu by kol, http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/24761188/

WM: Openbox
Openbox Theme: DarkGraph (Modified)
GTK2 Theme: Murrina-Black
System Stats/Clock: Conky
SysTray/Workspace List: fbpanel

Inspired mostly by icrave's screenshots on his Murrina-Black Gnome-Look page:

As an aside, I figured out how to configure about:blank on Firefox so it doesn't scorch out my eyeballs with it's white-ness when using the setup above:
cd ~/.mozilla/firefox/your.profile.name/chrome/
cp userContent-example.css userContent.css
Add this to userContent.css (change color if needed) and restart Firefox:
@-moz-document url(about:blank)
{
html
{
background-color: #2A2A2A !important;
}

VERY nice Slash! Thanks for all the details...it inspires me to mess around more with customizing my desktop.

Great config Slash, I will reuse it when I'll change from my current all white configuration to a darker one

Good tip
To get something done, a committee should consist of no more than three persons, two of them absent.
