Hmm, that's interesting, Carnival-black also gives you that ugly black-on-black menu heading. I'll have to see if I can get rid of that, then maybe I'll post a corrected themerc.

Yes, because I don't let nautilus handle the desktop, so right-click events are handled by openbox. If you really want to keep desktop icons etc, then you can always bind the openbox menu to middle-click instead of right-click.

Ya, I eventually found out it was Tango a bit afterwards, but what about the green bar where File Edit yada yada yada is?

That's rezlooks-pastelgreen (a gtk-theme), and I think the browser is Epiphany, not Firefox.
