Filemanager is nautilus.
You can get infos and download of the screen-submenu at this place. Iam using screen since saturday evening and I won't miss it.
I will upload my config at http://fvwm.lair.be/viewtopic.php?t=759 when it is done(Have to clean up some things).

That's just a fullscreen terminal running screen - it's doable in any WM, really, though I use ratpoison.  All my configs are available at http://phraktured.net/configs/
